Year 1 treated their audience to a wonderful performance of ‘There’s a Sunflower in my Supper’, a story about Daisy, a cow, who dreams of having a garden full of flowers, plans, trees, fruit and vegetables and so much more...Mr Bull and the other cows do not share her dream but, fortunately, for Daisy, when she buys grass seeds at the market, she comes across a strange seed nothing like the rest. With much trepidation, Daisy and the other cows, not forgetting Mr Bull, watch the seed grow and, to everyone’s delight, a beautiful sunflower appears!
Well done, Year 1! It was an udderly spectacular performance.
