YEAR 1 - SEASIDE DAY Girls in Year 1 enjoyed a day at the seaside courtesy of %u2018History off the Page%u2019, taking part in a number of activities relating to the seaside in Victorian times. They came to school dressed for the occasion!Not only did the girls handle authentic artefacts, including real coins from the period, they also dressed up in Victorian costumes, explored taking photographs with real cameras, performed a Punch and Judy puppet show, made a %u2018Hook-a-Duck%u2019 game and served %u2018tea%u2019 and %u2018cake%u2019 in the tearoom. It was a wonderful way for the girls to soak up the sun in Victorian times! 20
